Trafford Publishing - On their home page they claim that "Our breakthrough process lets you have your book published quickly, affordably, effectively and available worldwide. Their grammar sucks, but, I guess that part is up to you in the publishing biz. They seem to have a good product judging from their presentation. And they have contractual alliances with Amazon etc. There are similar other companies too. Basically you pay a fee when you send them your digital finished product, and they print 1,000 of them on glossy paper and put them up for sale...
