I designed these rings with 18 gauge wire using basically the same shaping method with wrap and end variations.  

Some areas were intentionally filed off and buffed to reveal the underlying copper.

I coiled the copper wire in an attempt at making ends for a leather cord but the coil was too large–I re-used the wire by stretching out the coils and designed these earrings.
